Oooookay. Um, I already have an appointment setup but I can work to change that. I hate them as a company, but often found their cable better than DSL.
We know they don't gaurantee the connection (but ours has worked fine because chesh can setup and maintain the router/etc.) for more than one comp. The installers are royal pain and I did just deal with one who setup my connection (after the outer line broke), locked me out of my account (Grr) and in spite of promising no charge, I got charged later that month. So I bitched at customer service on the service (they got me back into my account) and bitched when I got my bill and they reversed the charges.
So, while that completely means I shouldn't give them my business, my experiences with Verizon as a cell company aren't hugely better and in general we prefer cable to DSL (though chesh would love some fiber *sigh*). I thought you perhaps meant that the service was slow/intermittent compared to DSL.
